I am absolutely passionate about getting the most of ingredients and turning them into delicious, nourishing and stunning food.
I have decided to follow my passion and use my first career path from International Relations and Business Administration to reach others through the most sincere form of care and love: food.
I am currently attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) from NY, USA. I have a diploma in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu, Boston, MA. After graduating as class valedictorian and receiving high honors, I've worked at D.O.M., a two Michelin stars restaurant in Brazil, where I had the opportunity to learn from one of the most renowned chefs in the world.
After some years working with pastry, I've decided to focus on my day-to-day passion: developing and cooking delightful meals that are also nutritious!
As a Personal Chef, I offer a customized class based on each individual's health background, dietary preferences and lifestyle needs.
I am also the Chef and Recipe Developer for EatWell, a non profit organization with the mission to make healthy eating more accessible for low income, urban families in Boston, MA.
Previously, I’ve worked as the Chef and Food Stylist of Estudio Gastronomico, one of the largest food photography studios in Brazil, with which I also taught food styling classes at Escola Panamericana de Artes. I have food styled for clients such as Nestle, Bunge, Dolce Gusto, Ajinomoto, BR Foods, Brinox, restaurants, books and magazines, and Brazilian chefs.
